Refund Policy

1. Failed renders are refunded automatically
If a video fails to render, gets stuck, or its topic is declined by our content check, the video goes back to your balance automatically. You don’t need to contact us, and you are never charged for a video you didn’t receive.
2. Money-back requests
- New purchases: if you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your payment for a plan or pack. If no more than 2 videos were made with it in that time, we will refund the payment in full.
- Subscription renewals: if a renewal charged you by mistake and you have not used any videos from the new period, email us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it.
- Technical problems: if a delivered video is broken (for example it won’t play or the audio is missing) and a retry doesn’t fix it, we will refund or replace it.
- Where consumer law in your country gives you additional rights, those rights apply.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Unused plan videos expire at the end of the period and are not refunded unless covered by section 2.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment providers (Waffo or PayPal) and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the videos it granted are removed from your balance (your balance never goes below zero; partial refunds remove a matching share).
