Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ToonBlip at toonblip.com (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY NAME], [COMPANY ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

ToonBlip turns a short text idea into an animated cartoon video. A story, voiceover, captions and animation are generated automatically using artificial intelligence (“AI”) and our rendering software. Rendering usually takes about 10 minutes per video.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.
  • Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Give accurate information and tell us at support@toonblip.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. AI-generated content

  • Videos, scripts, titles, descriptions and hashtags (“Outputs”) are generated by AI from your input. They may contain mistakes, including historical inaccuracies. Review Outputs before you publish them.
  • Similar inputs from different users can produce similar Outputs.
  • Some platforms require you to label AI-generated or synthetic content. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish.

4. Your content and ownership

  • You keep any rights you have in the ideas and text you submit (“Inputs”).
  • As between you and us, you own the Outputs created for your account and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use and monetization, subject to these Terms.
  • You give us a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not use your Outputs in our marketing without your permission.
  • The Service itself — our software, character designs, templates and branding — remains ours.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
  • harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against people or groups;
  • is sexual content involving minors, or any sexually explicit content;
  • impersonates a real person in a misleading way, or is designed to deceive (for example fake news presented as fact);
  • infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy.

You also must not abuse, reverse engineer, overload or resell the Service without our permission. Topics may be declined by an automated content check; declined renders are refunded. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans, credits and payment

  • The Service is priced per video. Plans and packs give you a number of videos (tracked as credits) as shown on the pricing page.
  • Subscription videos are granted at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of it; they do not roll over. Videos from one-time packs do not expire.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers, Waffo and PayPal, who may act as merchant of record and collect applicable taxes. Their terms also apply to your payment.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

7. Failed renders and refunds

If a video fails to render or its topic is declined, the video is returned to your balance automatically. Money refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will refund unused paid videos on a pro-rata basis.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service and Outputs are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.
